Bangkok Open 2007
Game, set, match! Errr...well, I think that's how it goes! About 2 weeks ago, we set off an adventure to the Open. So, after a 1 hour taxi ride and sweating like a maniac (when do we not sweat in Thailand??!), we finally made it to the great Bangkok Open 2007. It's basically like the Wimbledon but in a tropical setting. ha, ha! We were there to watch the mens finals in singles and doubles. They started off with the doubles first, which was personally my favorite because the matches were so quick AND Thailand was respresenting! Wooohooo! It was extremely entertaining to watch because the doubles team is actually a team made up of twins from Thailand. They played like rock stars, and we got to cheer them to victory. The singles was slightly more boring, but we still had a good time. Roddick decided to bail out at the competition, along with two other big names that were supposed to show up, so we had to settle for pictures of cardboard replicas of the hottie! ha,ha!
